【Shipping Policy】

We ship our products from our e-commerce website to locations within Japan and overseas.Shipping charges and customs duties will be borne by the customer.

【Domestic Shipping】

・Shipping Carrier: Yamato Transport

・Shipping fee: Varies depending on the destination. Please refer to the "How to buy" page for details.

・Delivery method: Shipping is done via Yamato Transport or by in-store pickup with payment on delivery. Products ordered will be shipped within 3 business days after receipt of order, or available for pickup in-store.

【International Shipping】

・Shipping Carrier: Japan Post

・Customs duties are the responsibility of the customer.

・Shipping fee: Varies depending on the destination,product weight(Including the weight of cushioning material). Please refer to the "Shipping fee" page for details. Please note that customers must comply with the regulations of their country's customs and tariffs when shipping internationally.

・Delivery method: Shipping is done via Japan Post EMS. Products ordered will be shipped within 3 business days after receipt of order, and customers will be notified of the tracking number for the delivery carrier after the shipment is complete. If the product is damaged or lost during shipping, we will investigate with the delivery carrier and respond promptly to the customer. Please note that there may be delays in shipping due to circumstances such as delays or re-deliveries caused by the delivery carrier's absence. Thank you for your understanding.

【国内配送】

 ・商品の引渡方法：ヤマト運輸、宅急便着払いで発送。ご注文頂いた商品は、ご注文受付後、3営業日以内に発送致します。もしくは工房引き渡しも可能ですのでお問い合わせ下さい。

  

【海外配送】

 ・配送業者：日本郵便

・送料：配送先、商品の重さ（緩衝材の重さを含む）により異なります。送料についての詳細は【How to buy】ページで確認頂けます。海外配送の際には、お客様がお住まいの国の税関や関税などの規制に従って頂く必要があります。

 ・商品の引渡方法：日本郵便EMSで発送。ご注文頂いた商品は、ご注文受付後、3営業日以内に発送致します。発送完了後は、お客様に配送業者の追跡番号をお知らせ致します。また、商品が配送途中で破損・紛失した場合は、配送業者との調査を行い、速やかにお客様に対応致します。なお、配送業者による遅延や不在による再配達などの事情により、配送に遅れが生じる場合がございます。予めご了承ください。
