【Black Persimmon, Rosewood 😱💦】
Once again, I was fortunate to receive some extremely rare woods from Kikyo 😭 Thank you so much!! Conversations with both of you are always a pleasure—you are sincere and warm, with a flexible and open-minded way of thinking 🤝 Every time we talk, I receive new ideas ⚡️ The unique wood blanks you hand to me, saying “Please try carving them,” feel as though they gently encourage me toward my next challenge 💪 and they are truly inspiring.

The ultimate premium wood, the finest of spalted woods Black Persimmon, one of the three great traditional hardwoods Rosewood, evolving spalted woods with blue stain Maple and Oak, rare burl wood Japanese Raisin Tree, reddish-brown luxury woods Karin and Kobai, ultra-soft wood Japanese Walnut, and ultra-hard woods Onoore Birch and Sawtooth Oak.

I will be creating works using these materials and offering them in my May online shop release, as well as exhibiting them at my July exhibition 😊 Although it may be somewhat disrespectful to such a prestigious wood like Black Persimmon, I plan to offer the pieces at prices that are more accessible 🤝 I hope customers will truly enjoy them 🌳
